How to make an order?
1. Please register on kravdepot.com
2. Also have Paypal account or credit card for payment.
3. Your order is closed only, if you finished with Paypalor credit card payment.
4. You get an email about the payment from Paypal and/or from kravdepot.com. Check you spam folder, you never know.
5. Check back 5-7 days later. Log in, you can see the status of your order. When your package is shipped, we also send you an email with tracking number. But again, check your spam folder.

Payment information – you can pay with Paypal or credit card. Before you check out, you will see the total amount to be paid, which includes the shipping.
Shipping time – normally we ship paid orders in 4-6 workdays. Right after payment you will get a confirmation email, and we will send you another email when the order has shipped.
For Non EU countries shipping time can be up to 5-15 work days depending on customs clearance.
Attention – from 2012 March 21st, we send shipping emails to our customers with tracking number, so you can always check where your order is.
Shipping information – We only ship from the Store to EU member countries, so you don’t have to worry about extra tax or custom. If your country is not an EU member, please send us an email with your planned order. We will then check all the shipping details for you, but VAT/Custom might be added by your local custom agent.
