How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends which country you are ordering from, but generally you may receive your order within a week.
In case your parcel got stuck somewhere, you may e-mail to dia@360gears.com, and you may get up-to-date information about the whereabouts of your parcel.
Warranty
Quality is our highest priority at kravdepot.com. If you feel that a garment or piece of equipment is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact a customer service representative for details on how to exchange the product.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Team and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. If the same style and size are not available, a substitute replacement of comparable value will be given.
On every 360gears product we can provide 6 months warranty.

What size should i order?
In the upper menu you may find a size-chart, which will help you to order the size you need.
What’s if I still order the wrong size? Is it possible to change?
Sure you can change it. However, you’ll have to pay for shipping expenses, but the products can be changed. For further information on this you may e-mail to dia@360gears.com
What’s if the product i order gets torn or damaged?
If the product you ordered was used according to its purpose, and it gets torn or damaged due to products’ fault, then we obviously change it for you. Shipping cost is on us then, too.
